I’m Nicola, The Wedding Dress Surgeon. I’m a third-generation seamstress and dress designer, having graduated from the London College Of Fashion with a first-class honours degree back in 2005.

With over 25 years’ experience and hundreds of brides under my belt, you can trust me to tailor your dream dress to fit you perfectly.

The Wedding Dress Surgeon was born out of a wonderful conversation with a father of the bride who attended his daughter’s fitting with her. He commented on the ‘keyhole’ surgery I would be doing to the dress and how the work I’d already completed was ‘scar free’.

Surgery also perfectly conveys the very careful, detailed bridal alterations work I do – with a lot of love and attention.
